How to Choose the Perfect Projector
If you are looking to get a home theater, then it is important you get a projector because they provide the ultimate home theater experience, but what kind of projector should you get? Believe it or not, there are actually some really cheap LCD projectors on the market today. This means you do not have to spend a lot of money to get one. In this article we will be going over some of the things you should do when looking for a projector.
1-Look at the resolution
I am sure the majority of you out there already knew this, but the resolution is simply the number of pixels produced by the projector. The higher the resolution is, the better the picture will be. This does not mean you are going to need to spend a lot of money to get a good projector though. As long as it is at least 800×600 you will be fine.
2-Choosing the brightness
Brightness is measured in lumens, the higher the lumens are the brighter the picture will be. If you are going to be putting the projector in a room that is already dark, you don’t have to worry too much about how many lumens there are. However, if you think you will be using the projector in a bright area you must find one with a higher lumen rate.
3-The weight
If you are going to be keeping the projector in one spot, then the weight really is not all that important. But if the projector is going to be moving around a lot you will want to find one that can be put in a back pack or lap top case to make traveling easy.
